It works like this, a customer researches for a keyword on Google. You have published an article which targets this phrase and get submitted it to a website which Google likes. I checked this out and it looks like another Multi-Level Marketing program (MML) , or Network Marketing Program. You recruit X number of people and you will make money…yada yada yada. You end up pissing off all your friends and family and not making money. The only way to consistently make money on the Internet is to work at it, just like any job. Personally, I cannot stand MML programs. They just take your money. They make my skin crawl!
Yes, I think Youtube is a great way to “promote” your offerings, product or services. However, I never have thought Youtube is a money maker, just a free avenue to get your word out. Another ad channel, but more for page ranking, site ranking and visibility than earnings.
Of course this is all my opinion.

AdSense is a hard way to make money thee days. You need 100 sites to make a few hundred bucks per month. In 2002 you could make that with two sites. But it is a way to make some money. Good luck with that!
